At Purple Pimple Patches, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your Purple Pimple Patches, you may return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

2. Eligible Returns

Products eligible for return must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened packages (for health and safety reasons)
  • Products returned after 30 days from delivery
  • Products not in original condition or missing packaging
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

4. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the defect or damage
  • We will send a replacement at no additional cost
  • We will cover all return shipping costs for defective items

You do not need to return defective products – simply provide photos and we will ship a replacement immediately.

5. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@purplepimplepatches.com
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for our team to send you a Return Authorization (RA) number
  4. Package the product securely in its original packaging
  5. Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package
  6. Ship the package to the address provided in your RA email

Important: Returns without an RA number may be refused or delayed.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returns are handled as follows:

  • Defective/Damaged Products: We cover all return shipping costs
  • Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping
  • Wrong Item Shipped: We cover all return shipping costs

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable orders. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

7. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will send you an email confirmation of receipt
  • Your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • You will receive an email notification when the refund is processed

Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card company.

8. Refund Amount

Your refund will include:

  • Full product price
  • Original shipping costs (for defective/damaged items only)

Not refunded: Return shipping costs (unless the product was defective or we made an error)

9. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different quantity or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want. This ensures you receive your new product as quickly as possible.

10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company – it may take time before refunds are posted
  3. Contact your bank – processing times vary
  4. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at info@purplepimplepatches.com

11. Cancelled Orders

You may cancel your order before it ships for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@purplepimplepatches.com with your order number.

12. International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. We cannot refund international shipping costs or duties/taxes paid on the original order unless the product was defective or we made an error.
