1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Mailed by first class mail.
Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons or promotional periods.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (orders must be placed before 12 PM EST)
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the order date. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Your shipping address
- The weight and dimensions of your order
- Your chosen shipping method
Free Standard Shipping: Available on all orders within the continental United States.
4. Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to all 50 states in the United States, including:
- All continental US addresses
- Alaska and Hawaii (additional shipping time may apply)
- APO/FPO military addresses
- P.O. Boxes
5. International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location.
Important notes for international orders:
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees
- Delivery times may be extended due to customs processing
- International orders cannot be expedited
- We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for international orders
6. Delivery Issues
Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer. We recommend:
- Checking with neighbors or building management
- Verifying the shipping address
- Contacting the carrier directly
Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Wrong Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
8. Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We can only modify addresses before the order has been shipped. Once shipped, address changes must be made directly with the carrier.
9. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
10. Holidays and Peak Seasons
Please note that shipping times may be extended during major holidays and peak shopping seasons. We recommend ordering early during these periods to ensure timely delivery.
